CourtDates
Your USTA tennis league schedule, on your iPhone's calendar — with the match times right.
Getting your schedule out of TennisLink
This is the part people get stuck on. The app can't fetch your schedule itself — you export it from TennisLink and hand over the file.
Steps 3 and 4 happen on your team's page.
- Sign in at tennislink.usta.com. You'll land on My Teams.
- Tap your team's name. Not the blue arrow beside it — that goes somewhere else.
- You arrive on Team Summary. Switch to the Match Schedule tab.
- Tap Send to Excel at the top of the page.
- Choose Download, not View. Safari can't preview this kind of file.
- Open CourtDates and tap Import → Import a File, then find it in Downloads.
“There are no matches in this file.” You exported from the Team Summary tab instead of Match Schedule. Both links are called Send to Excel and they look identical — only the Match Schedule one contains your matches. Go back, select that tab, and export again.
The Match Schedule tab won't open. Content blockers stop it
loading. Turn off AdGuard or similar for tennislink.usta.com and reload.
Why are my match times wrong?
They shouldn't be. TennisLink's export lists times with no time zone attached, so CourtDates works out the league's time zone from your home facility's address rather than assuming your phone's. If a time looks wrong, open the schedule and check the time zone shown at the top — you can set it by hand there.
Which calendar do matches go into?
Whichever you choose. Tap Add to My Calendar and pick an existing calendar, or make a new one for that team. Re-importing an updated schedule updates those same events rather than creating duplicates.
What's free, and what costs money
One team for one season is free, and always will be. Adding other teams — or next season's schedule — is a single purchase, not a subscription. If you buy it, it stays bought, and it restores on your other devices with Restore Purchase.
Still stuck?
Email flowstate.vesc.support@gmail.com and say which team and league you're importing. If you can, attach the file that wouldn't import.
